Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They open the link and that’s it. Photos, approvals, chat, and personal details unlock once they confirm the email or phone number you sent the link to.
What’s the difference between Quick and Full boards?
Quick boards are for same-day jobs: a short list of stages. Full boards are for multi-day projects, with phases, approval requests, and photos.
What are Recurring boards?
They follow an ongoing service, like snow removal, lawn care, or cleaning. Instead of phases, the board shows a schedule of visits, each with its own report. You or your client can ask for a new time, and every change stays on the record.
What happens when a job is finished?
Quick boards archive themselves after a grace period you set. Full boards stay open until you complete or archive them. Recurring boards stay open for the length of the contract, and you can pause one without losing its history.
Can my team use one workspace?
Yes. The owner creates the workspace and invites admins and members. Free includes you and one teammate. Premium includes up to 20 seats.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Free includes one location and Premium up to 3. Each board belongs to one location.
Is the free plan free forever?
Yes. No trial, no card, no timer. Upgrade to Premium when your team or your locations outgrow it.
