1. What Ordre is
Ordre lets service businesses create a status board for each job and share it with their client through a private link. Businesses and their team use the dashboard at ordre.app; clients view boards at go.ordre.app without an account.
In these terms, “you” means the person or business holding an Ordre account. A “workspace” is your business’s space in Ordre. “Members” are the people you add to it. “Clients” are your customers who view boards you share.
2. Early access
Ordre is in early development. Features may change, appear or disappear without notice, and the service may be unavailable at times. We’ll try to warn you before removing anything you rely on.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Each account belongs to one person. Add employees as individual members rather than sharing a login.
- Tell us at legal@ordre.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Workspaces and members
The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner controls the workspace, its members and its data, and is responsible for members’ use of Ordre. Members’ access ends when the owner removes them. If we receive conflicting instructions about a workspace, we follow the owner’s.
5. Boards and your clients
When you add a client and share a board, you’re responsible for:
- having the right to give us your client’s details and to contact them through Ordre;
- the accuracy of what you post on boards, including updates, photos, prices and approval requests;
- sending board links only to the intended client.
Board links work without a login. Anyone holding a link can see the non-sensitive parts of a board, so treat links like keys. Sensitive fields stay hidden until the viewer verifies an email or phone number you registered for that client.
Approvals a client gives through a board record the client’s response. They are not a contract between you and Ordre; any agreement about the job is between you and your client.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Ordre to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- send spam or messages people haven’t agreed to receive;
- upload malware, or content that is illegal, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
- collect sensitive data such as health, payment card or government ID numbers on boards;
- probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security;
- resell or sublicense Ordre without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
You own what you and your members put into Ordre: board updates, photos, messages, client details and other content. You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display it only as needed to run Ordre for you, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell your content or your clients’ data, and we don’t use it to train AI models. If Ordre offers features that use an AI provider, that provider processes your content only to deliver the feature to you and is listed on our Sub-processors page.
8. Plans and payment
Every workspace starts on the free plan, with no card required. Paid plans and add-ons aren’t available yet. When they launch:
- prices, limits and billing periods will be shown before you subscribe;
- subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled;
- cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid period;
- payments are not refundable except where the law requires;
- prices exclude taxes, which are added where applicable;
- founding member prices stay locked for as long as that subscription stays active.
If you go over a plan’s limits, existing boards stay accessible but you won’t be able to create new ones until you’re within limits.
9. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. For client and member data you put into a workspace, you’re the controller and Ordre is your processor, under our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. Our current service providers are on the Sub-processors page.
10. Availability and support
We aim to keep Ordre running and secure, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service or any uptime level during early access. Support is by email at legal@ordre.app, on a best-effort basis.
11. Ending your use
You can close your workspace at any time from its settings. Closing starts a 30-day grace period, during which you can change your mind. After that, we delete the workspace and its boards. Copies in backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or has gone unpaid. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.
12. Disclaimers
Ordre is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We’re not responsible for messages that fail to arrive because of a carrier, email provider or a wrong contact detail.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ordre isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or R$ 500. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You’ll defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of Ordre in breach of these terms, or your dealings with your clients.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll notify workspace owners by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Ordre after that means you accept the new terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil, unless the law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
